7. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property created by us in the course of providing services (e.g., reports, templates, social media content) remains our property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

  • You agree not to reproduce, resell, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

 

8. Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care.

  • However, we make no guarantees that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, data loss, reputational damage).

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

10. Third-Party Services

Some services (e.g., cloud storage, communication tools, HR/work pass processing) may rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for failures, delays, or damages arising from third-party systems or services.

 

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • You breach these Terms & Conditions.

  • Payment obligations are not met.

  • Services are used for unlawful or unethical purposes.

Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable, and confidentiality obligations continue to apply.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
